Our students are given a standardized test (The Stanford IO, California Achievement Test, CAT, or the Iowa Test of Basic Skills) in May of each year.  This test helps the teacher in assessing and planning for the various skills areas.  We are happy to report that most of our students continue to rank at grade level or higher in these tests; in some instances they test higher than the national norm.

Upon entry into a class each student is given a test by the teacher for the purpose of grouping students for specific skills development.  Our counselor, Mrs. Cynthia Greene, provides individual testing when the student is referred.  We often provide other testing periods to pilot new test materials being made available to the school.  We will test our students this fall in a pilot testing program.
